Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH STATUTORY PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE CERTIFICATION OF APPLICANT HOUSEHOLDS AND THE CONTINUED ELIGIBILITY OF SUCH HOUSEHOLDS.
