Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO OSM TO APPORTION APPROXIAMTE ONE BILLION DOLLARE TO STATES AND INDIAN TRIBES FOR RECLAMATION OF ABANDONED MINE LANDS. WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION OSM WILL BE UNABLE TO SELECT THE MOST SERIOUS PROBLEMS FOR RECLAMATION.
