Terms of Clearance: The proposed paperwork,"Proposed Exemption and Alternative Method of Compliance for Annual Reporting of Certain Investments," is approved. The burden hour reduction produced by the proposed exemption, however, will not be deducted from the burden hour inventory at this time. When the proposed exemption is approved as a final rule, the Department should submit an inventory correction worksheet to OMB with the appropriate burden hour reduction, at which time the program change will be recorded.
