Abstract: DOE PUBLISHES A LIST IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER OF UTILITIES TO WHICH TITLES I, III OF PURPA AND TITLES II, VII OF NECPA APPLY. THE INFORMATION DETERMINES THE ACCURACY OF PROPOSED LIST AND IS SUPPORTING EVIDENCE OF THOSE ELECTRIC AND GAS UTILITIES EXCEEDING THRESHOLDS IN PURPA AND NECPA. COLLECTION BEGINS IN OCTOBER 1981.
