Abstract: FORM EIA-254, SEMI-ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT ON STATUS OF REACTOR CONSTRUCTION, COLLECTS CHRONOLOGICAL AND COST DATA ON NUCLEAR PLANTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
