Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS COLLECTED FROM PERSONS WHO ASSURE, THROUGH PRODUCT TESTING, THAT THE DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE OF PACKAGINGS USED FOR SHIPMENTS OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS CONFORM TO THE APPROPRIATE SPECIFICATIONS OR STANDARDS. MTB NEEDS THIS INFORMATION TO EVALUATE THE COMPETENCY OF TESTING AGENCIES WHICH MAY BE EMPLOYED BY SHIPPERS OR PACKAGING MANUFACTURERS.
