LICENSEES ARE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN SUCH AS MAINTENANCE PERFORMED ON
THE LICENSEES' EQUIPMENT OR INSTANCES OF TOWER LIGHT CHECKS AND
FAILURES, IF ANY, AND CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN. LICENSEES OR
COMMISSION PERSONNEL USE THIS INFORMATION TO IDENTIFY RECURRING
EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS OR CONDITIONS WHICH MAY LEAD TO
INTERFERENCE.
