Abstract: SEC. 73.3613 REQUIRES THAT LICENSEES AND PERMITTEES OF COMMERCIAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL AM, FM, TV AND INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST STATIONS FILE COPIES OF CONTRACTS, INSTRUMENTS, ETC. AND ALSO THAT CERTAIN OTHER CONTRACTS, INSTRUMENTS, ETC. MUST BE RETAINED AT THE STATION AND MADE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION UPON REQUEST BY THE FCC. THE CONTRACTS ASSUR THE FCC THAT LICENSEES/PERMITTEES ARE IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH NETWORK AFFILIATION AGREEMENTS, CORPORATE DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS AND SEC. 310 O
