Abstract: SEC. 76.311(E) REQUIRES THAT EACH EMPLOYMENT UNIT SHALL ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN AND CARRY OUT A CONTINUING PROGRAM OF SPECIFIC PRACTICES DESIGNED TO ASSURE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY IN EVERY ASPEDT OF CABLE SYSTEM EMPLOYMENT POLICY AND PRACTICE AND (G) REQUIERES THAT THE UNIT FILE A COPY OF THIS PROGRAM WITH THE FCC INDICATING SPECIFIC PRACTICES TO BE FOLLOWED, AND ANY CHANGES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS PROGRAM.
