Abstract: SURVEY WILL COLLECT DATA FOR COMPARING CHARACTERISTICS OF MINORITY AND WOMEN BUSINESS OWNERS AND THEIR BUSINESSES WITH THOSE OF ALL BUSINESSE THESE DATA ARE NECESSARY FOR EVALUATING EXISTING GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE MINORITY AND WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESSES AND TO PLAN AN MANAGE FUTURE PROGRAMS AND RESEARCH EFFORTS.
