Abstract: PROJECT REQUIRES TELEPHONIC INTERVIEWS WITH 510 PERSONS WHO DROPPED OU OF THE ARMY'S DELAYED ENTRY PROGRAM AND 255 PERSONS WHO DID NOT COMPLE THEIR TERMS OF ACTIVY DUTY SERVICE. INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO ESTABLISH POLICIES AIMED AT REDUCING THE ATTRITION RATE FOR THE DELAYE ENTRY PROGRAM.
