Abstract: FORM 1519, THE DEFENSE PRODUCTION ACT OF 1950 REQUIRES THE SECRETARY O DEFENSE TO DEVELOP WITH INDUSTRY PLANS FOR PROCUREMENT AND PRODUCTION SELECTED MILITARY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES NEEDED TO FULFILL EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THIS FORM IS A SCHEDULE OF PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS OF A PRIVATELY OWNED FACILITY. THE DATA WILL BE USED BY DOD AGENCIES IN PLANNING FOR MOBILIZATION.
