Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY USE OF THESE FORMS IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF EARNINGS OF SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFICIARIES SO THAT THE PROPER AMOUNT OF BENEFITS ARE PAID TO THE BENEFICIARY. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFICIARIES UNDER AGE 70 WHO EARNED OVER THE EXEMPT AMOUNT, PRESCRIBED BY LAW, FOR THE YEAR AND RECEIVED ANY BENEFITS FOR THE YEAR.
