Terms of Clearance: Approval does not include the requirement for basic signal leakage tests in 47 CFR 76.611 referred to in CFR 76.615(b)(7). Abstract: SECTION 76.615 REQUIRES THAT ALL CABLE SYSTEMS NOTIFY THE FCC BEFORE TRANSMITTING ANY CARRIER OR SIGNAL WITH PEAK LEVEL EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 10 -4 OF 10 -5 WATTS. THIS INFORMATION IS USED BY FCC PERSONNEL TO LOCATE AND ELIMINATE HARMFUL INTERFERENCE AND ASSURES SAFE OPERATIO OF AERONAUTICAL AND MARINE SERVICES.
