Approval does
not include the requirement for basic signal leakage tests in 47
CFR 76.611 referred to in CFR 76.615(b)(7). FCC has suspended this
requirement, and seems likely to reconsider it. FCC must resubmit
the requirement in 47 CFR 76.611 for OMB approval before it becomes
effective in current or modified form.
