SECTION 76.614 REQUIRES THAT ALL CABLE
TELEVISION SYSTEMS FOR SIGNAL LEAKAGE MAINTAIN A LOG SHOWING THE
DATE AND LOCATION OF EACH LEAKAGE SOURCE, IDENTIFY THE DATE ON
WHICH LEAKAGE WAS ELIMINATED, AND THE CAUSE OF THE LEAKAGE. THIS
INFORMATION ASSURES THE COMMISSION THAT THE SYSTEM IS IN FULL
COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMISSION'S RULES AND WILL NOT CAUSE
INTERFERENCE TO AERONAUTICAL NAVIGATION AND SAFETY RADIO
SERVICES.
