Abstract: THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, IN RESPONDING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 12432, WILL COLLECT INFORMATION ON CONTRACT AWARDS MAD BY GRANT RECIPIENTS RECEIVING FUNDING OF $25,000 OR MORE. APPROXIMATE 2,000 GRANTEES WILL REPORT USING THE COLLECTION FORM. THIS INFORMATIO WILL ALLOW THE DEPARTMENT TO MEASURE ITS PROGRESS IN ASSISTING MINORIT FIRMS.
