Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED ON THIS FORM IS NEEDED AND USED TO IDENTIFY THE AMOUNT OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED BY THE PRIVATE SECTOR TO MEET THE NEEDS OF POOR PEOPLE WITH FUEL BILLS. MOST OF THOSE RECEIVIN SERVICES HAVE EXHAUSTED THEIR LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRA ELIGIBILITY OR ARE FOUND INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM. TH AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF PRIVATE COMPANIES SPONSORING OR PARTICIPATING IN FUEL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
