Abstract: COLLECTS DATA AT CRIME SCENES (E.G. UNSOLVED MURDERS) FOR ANALYSIS BY FBI VI-CAP STAFF. LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES REPORTED SIMILAR PATTERN CRIMES WILL BE PROVIDED WITH INFORMATION TO INITIATE A COORDINATED MULTI-AGENCY INVESTIGATION TO EXPEDITE THE IDENTIFICATION AND APPREHENSION OF CRIMINAL OFFENDERS (E.G. SERIAL MURDERERS) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATHS OF MANY INNOCENT VICTIMS.
