The OFCCP
reporting and recordkeeping requirements package is approved
through September 1985. As indicated in Exhibit 2A of the Labor
Department's FY 1985 Information Collection Budget and reiterated
in Exhibit 1 of that ICB, the Department will revise its OFCCP
recordkeeping and reporting requirements during FY 1985 to
eliminate 2.5 million hours of burden. Therefore, if the Department
seeks an additional clearance for these requirements, it should
submit a complete paperwork package by 8/01/85, reflecting both
regulatory revisions and the corresponding paperwork burden
reduction.
