Abstract: ATF F 1473 IS COMPL. BY PROPRIETORS OF DISTILLED SPIRITS PLANTS, BONDE DEALERS IN DENATURED SPIRITS, AND USERS OF TAX-FREE AND SPECIALLY DENATURED SPIRITS. THE FORM IS USED BY ATF REGIONAL OFFICE PERSONNEL TO VERIFY THE QUANTITIES OF TAX-FREE AND SPECIALLY DENATURED SPIRITS TRANSFERRED BETWEEN PREMISES AND CAN BE USED TO DETECT THE POSSIBLE UNLAWFUL DIVERSION OF THESE SPIRITS.
