Abstract: THIS FORM IS REQUIRED TO COLLECT DATA NECESSARY FOR THE PUBLICATION OF ALTERNATE FUEL PRICE CEILINGS AND INCREMENTAL PRICING THRESHOLD. THIS WILL ALLOW FERC TO DETERMINE ALTERNATE FUEL COSTS AS MANDATED BY CONGRESS IN THE NATURAL GAS POLICY ACT OF 1978 (TITLE II). ONLY 120 FIRMS WHICH SELL NO. 2 AND NO. 6 FUEL OIL MUST RESPOND.
