Abstract: EIA-747 IS A ONE-TIME SURVEY DESIGNED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON OPERATORS OF PETROLEUM SUPPLY FACILITIES. DATA WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER SUCH OPERATORS ARE ELIGIBLE RESPONDENTS TO EIA MONTHLY PETROLEUM DATA SURVEYS. RESPONDENTS ARE TERMINAL, PIPELINE, TANKER AND BARGE, OIL WELL, REFINERY AND NGL OPERATORS.
