Abstract: THE EIA-4 TRACKS COAL AND COKE STOCKS, RECEIPTS AND CONSUMPTION AT COK PLANTS DURING COAL SUPPLY DISRUPTIONS. THE DATA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EIA-1 AND EIA-20, PROVIDE INPUT FOR SUPPLY FORECASTS AND ARE USED TO INFORM THE PUBLIC, INDUSTRY AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OF AGGREGATED COAL CONSUMPTION AND INVENTORIES.
