Abstract: THIS PART IMPLEMENTS THE FEDERAL CLAIMS COLLECTION ACT, AS AMENDED BY THE DEBT COLLECTION ACT AND INTERPRETED BY THE GENERAL ACCOUNTING OFFICE AND DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE. IT PROVIDES PROCEDURES UNDER WHICH THE BOARD WILL COLLECT CLAIMS OWED TO THE UNITED STATES ARISING FROM ACTIVITIES UNDER THE BOARD'S JURISDICTION.
