Abstract: PROPOSED PART 327 PROPOSES TO IMPLEMENT A CONGRESSIONAL DIRECTIVE TO PAY INTEREST ON CERTAIN DISPUTED SUBSIDY AND COMPENSATION CLAIMS. THIS PROPOSAL DEFINES THE SITUATIONS WHEN THE CAB WILL PAY INTEREST TO A CARRIER AND WHAT MUST BE DONE BY A CARRIER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR INTEREST PAYMENTS.
