Abstract: SECTION 76.79 WILL REQUIRE EVERY CABLE UNIT MAINTAIN A PUBLIC INSPECTION FILE CONTAINING COPIES OF ALL ANNUAL EMPLOYMENT AND INVESTIGATION REPORTS AND ALL RELATING PAPERS. THIS RECORD WILL ASSURE THE COMMISSION THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST IS BEING SERVED AND THE UNIT IS PROVIDING EQUAL OPPORTUNITY TO ALL QUALIFIED PERSONS.
