Abstract: THE ANN. EMPLOYMENT REPORT-CABLE TELEVISION, FCC FORM 395-A, IS A PRIMARY DATA COLLECTION DEVICE USED BY ALL LICENSEES/PERMITTEES OF CABLE UNITS TO ENFORCE THE COMMISSION'S EEO RULES AND ASSESS LICENSEES PERMITTEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH SEC. 76.311 OF THE COMMISSION'S RULES. THE DATA IS USED BY PUBLIC INTEREST GROUPS, EEO GROUPS, THE CONGRESS AND THE U.S. COMMISSION ON CIVIL RIGHTS TO ASSESS PROGRESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR PARTICULAR OBJECTIVE.
