Abstract: THE RCWP REGULATIONS SET FORTH BASIC POLICY PROGRAM PROVISIONS AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMINISTRATION OF RCWP. THE RCWP-1 IS US IN DETERMINING NEED AND ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPANTS TO OBTAIN RCWP ASSISTANCE TO SOLVE AGRICULTURAL-RELATED WATER QUALITY PROBLEMS ON THEIR FARMS.
