Abstract: PROVIDE: 1) UP-DATED NATIONAL YOUTH FITNESS NORMS, 2) COMPARISONS WITH PREVIOUS DECADES, AND 3) NEW STANDARDS FOR PRESIDENTIAL PHYSICAL FITNE AWARDS.
