THE MQC DISPOSITION LIST IS THE
SUMMARY OF THE STATE MQC FINDINGS BY CASE FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS AND
NEGATIVE CASE ACTION REVIEWS. THESE LISTS ARE USED BY HCFA TO
PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR ERROR RATES, SELECT SUBSAMPLE CASES,
MONITOR STATE REVIEWS, AND ANALYZE ERROR FINDINGS.
