Terms of Clearance: Approved for a limited period. Treasury should submit by June 30,1985 a revised clearance request under this OMB docket number containing applicable changes described in Ms. Turner's undated memorandum, "Recertification of Public Information Collection Requirements." Changes to be made include: 1) forms PD 1022 and PD 1022-1 are to be combined, and 2) a Paperwork Reduction Act notice will be included in the form or instructions. In addition, the revised justification statement should include a copy of the authorizing statute as well as the applicable regulations. PD 1022 may be used through September 1985, providing the correct expiration date is noted on each form.
