Abstract: P.L. 94-482 REQUIRES THAT ANY STATE DESIRING TO RECEIVE FUNDS UNDER TH ACT SUBMIT AN ANNUAL ACCOUNTABILITY REPORT. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THIS REPORT BE CONTINUED IN FY 1985 AND FY 1986 SO THAT INFORMATION ON STA ACCOMPLISHMENTS CAN BE ASCERTAINED AND PROGRAM WEAKNESSES CAN BE IDENTIFIED AND AMELIORATED THROUGH TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
