Abstract: THIS PROPOSAL WOULD REQUIRE ALL MANUFACTURERS OF SPRAY SUPPRESSANT FLAPS TO LABEL THEIR FLAPS WITH SYMBOL "DOT" TO SHOW THAT THE FLAPS ARE CERTIFIED AS COMPLYING WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS, AND EITHER THE NUMBER 35 OR 75 TO SHOW THE REQUIREMENT TO WHICH THEY ARE CERTIFIED.
