Abstract: O & D DATA IS SUBMITTED BY 43 AIRLINES AND IS USED IN ADMINISTERING THE DEPARTMENT'S INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM, SMALL COMMUNITY AIR SERVICE WASP PROGRAM, GUARANTEED LOAN PROGRAM, AND AVIATION POLICY AND PLANNING PROGRAM. IT IS ALSO USED BY THE BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS (DOC) IN ADJUSTING THE CONSUMER PRICE INDEX.
