Abstract: THE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPORT (PAR) IS DEVELOPED IN RESPONSE TO SE 104(D) OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDE WHICH REQUIRES THAT EACH GRANTEE SUBMIT TO THE SECRETARY A PERFORMANCE REPORT CONCERNING THE USE OF FUNDS MADE AVAILABLE UNDER SEC. 106 OF THE ACT, TOGETHER WITH AN ASSESSMENT BY THE GRANTEE OF THE RELATIONSHI OF SUCH USE TO THE OBJECTIVES IDENTIFIED IN THE GRANTEE'S APPLICATION FOR FUNDING.
