PROVIDE. THIS INFORMATION IS USED BY ALJ PROGRAM EXAMINERS TO
SUPPLEMENT AND SUBSTANTIATE INFORMATION AN APPLICANT PROVIDES AND
TO PROVIDE EVALUATIVE BASIS UPON WHICH JUDGMENT CAN BE MADE
RELATIVE TO SUITABILITY FOR JUDICIAL POSITIONS.
