INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO IDENTIFY INVESTORS CHARACTERISTICS AND THEIR TYPES OF BUSINESS INVESTMENTS IN THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES ARE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ADVOCACY POLICY. INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE FOR ONLY ONE REGION AND BEING DEVELOPED FOR THREE ADDITIONAL AREAS.
