Abstract: ANY STATE MEMBER BANK OR BANK HOLDING COMPANY NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE BOARD'S CAPITAL ADEQUACY GUIDELINES ON THE DATE THAT THIS REGULATION BECOMES EFFECTIVE SHALL, WITHIN 90 DAYS, SUBMIT TO THE APPROPRIATE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK FOR REVIEW A PLAN DESCRIBING THE MEAN AND THE TIME SCHEDULE BY WHICH THE INSTITUTION SHALL ACHIEVE THE REQUIRED MINIMUM LEVEL OF CAPITAL.
