Abstract: THE DATA ARE USED TO (1) ASSESS NET IMPLEMENTATION AT THE LOCAL LEVEL, (2) MONITOR STATES' PROGRESS IN ACHIEVING GOALS AND OBJECTIVES AS OUTLINED IN STATE PLANS (3) ACQUIRE DATA FOR CHILDREN, EDUCATORS AND FOOD SERVICE EMPLOYEES PARTICIPATING IN NET.
