Abstract: CHROMATID. LYMPHOCYTES. SMOKERS. SISTER. THIS EPIDEMIOLOGIC STUDY WILL MEASURE SISTER CHROMATID EXCHANGES, A FORM OF GENETIC DAMAGE, IN THE LYMPHOCYTES OF SMOKERS, NON-SMOKERS AND NON-SMOKING PERSONS EXPOSE TO THE CIGARETTE SMOKE OF OTHERS. SIXTY HEALTHY VOLUNTEERS WILL DONAT BLOOD AND URINE SPECIMENS AND COMPLETE A QUESTIONNAIRE DETAILING THEIR EXPOSURE TO TOBACCO SMOKE.
