Abstract: STATE AGENCIES ARE REQUIRED TO PERFORM QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS FOR EAC OF THE 3 FEDERAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS: AFDC, FS AND MEDICAID. THE INTEGRATED REVIEW SCHEDULE IS JOINTLY DESIGNED AND USED BY SSA, FNS, A HCFA. THE REVIEW SCHEDULE SERVES AS THE COMPREHENSIVE DATA ENTRY FORM FOR ALL QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS IN THE AFDC, FS AND MEDICAID PROGRAMS.
