Abstract: STATE AGENCIES ARE REQUIRED TO PERFORM QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS FOR EAC OF THE 3 FEDERAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS: AFDC, FS AND MEDICAID. THE INTEGRATED REVIEW SCHEDULE IS JOINTLY DESIGNED AND USED BY SSA, FNS AN HCFA. THE REVIEW SCHEDULE SERVES AS THE COMPREHENSIVE DATA ENTRY FORM FOR ALL QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS IN THE AFDC, FS AND MEDICAID PROGRAMS.
