Abstract: CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYERS ARE REQUIRED TO USE ONE OF TWO DIFFERENT COMPLIANCE METHODS, ONE OF WHICH IS THE ASSURED GROUNDING PROGRAM. THESE RECORDS ARE NEEDED SO THAT COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF OF THE ASSURED GROUNDING PROGRAM CAN BE CHECKED. THE RECORDS CONSIST OF A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE EMPLOYER'S PROGRAM.
