Abstract: THE ATTACHED FORM IS THE APPLICATION FOR THE REMOVAL OF ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS TO THE HANDICAPPED PROGRAM GRANT FUNDS. A STATE EDUCATIONAL AGENCY (SEA) MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FORM TO THE SECRETARY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A GRANT. SEAS IN TURN MAKE SUBGRANTS TO LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES AND INTERMEDIATE EDUCATIONAL UNTIS.
