Abstract: THIS FORM IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE UTILIZATION OF BASIC AND SPECIAL PROJECT GRANT FUNDS ADMINISTERED UNDER THE LIBRARY SERVICES FOR INDIAN TRIBES PROGRAM (TITLE IV OF THE LIBRARY SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION ACT, AS AMENDED). AN ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCE REPORT IS NECESSARY TO EVALUAT PROJECT PERFORMANCE OF BOTH BASIC AND SPECIAL PROJECT GRANTEES.
