Abstract: TO IMPLEMENT AND ENFORCE A PROHIBITION ON BURNING HAZARDOUS WASTE AND OFF-SPECIFICATION USED OIL AS FUEL IN RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL BOILERS, ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS ARE PROPOSED FOR MARKETERS AND BURNERS INCLUDING NOTIFICATION OF WASTE-AS-FUEL ACTIVITIES AND AND SHIPPING PAPERS. IN ADDITION, BLENDED HAZARDOUS WASTE FUEL WOULD BE SUBJECT TO STORAGE CONTROLS.
