INFLATABLE LIFE JACKET AND LIFERAFT
SERVICING RECORDS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR
SERVICE WORK WHICH DIRECTLY AFFECTS THE RELIABILITY OF THESE
LIFESAVING DEVICES. THE RECORDS WILL BE USED TO TRACE SOURCES OF
FIELD PROBLEMS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS USCG APPROV SERVICING
FACILITIES.
