DEFAULTS, THE FSLIC DETERMINES THE EXTENT OF INSURANCE COVERAGE
APPLICABLE TO EACH INSURED MEMBER'S ACCOUNT(S). AN ACCOUNTHOLDER
CAN PETITION THE FSLIC TO RECONSIDER THE INITIAL DETERMINATION
REGARDING THE EXTENT OF INSURANCE COVERAGE. THE INFORMATION
