Abstract: THIS PROPOSED REGULATION PROVIDES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE UNIFOR RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AND REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION POLICIES ACT OF 1970, WHICH REQUIRES THAT OWNERS OF A REAL PROPERTY TO BE ACQUIRED FOR FEDERAL OR FEDERALLY ASSISTED PROGRAMS AND PERSONS DISPLACED AS A RESU OF SUCH ACQUISITION BE PROVIDED CONSISTENT AND EQUITABLE TREATMENT.
