Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION SEEKS INFORMATION ON STATE NATURAL RESOURC TRUSTEE CONCERNS FOR INJURIES TO NATURAL RESOURCES FROM HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES. THIS INFORMATION WILL AID THE DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF REGULATIONS UNDER SECTION 301(C) OF THE COMPREHENSI ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE, COMPENSATION AND LIABILITY ACT OF 1980, 42 U.S.C. 9601, COMMONLY KNOWN AS SUPERFUND.
